The hotel room was incredibly spacious and the view was stunning. the personalized touch of having our toothbrushes engraved and a welcome drink was very nice. the restaurant provided us with fantastic recommendations for the rest of our trip and the staff was very accommodating. Octavio, who drove us to the train station, was extremely friendly and enjoyable to talk to.
The spa was quite small and limited. the hotel was quite far from any main attractions or cities, making it difficult for us to explore the area as much as we wanted to.

This hotel is an exceptional boutique with elegant and luxurious accommodation. the room was spacious and high tech, with exclusive amenities, and not even the smallest detail was overlooked, providing a personalized toothbrush and a welcome drink upon our arrival. the dinner in the gourmet restaurant was outstanding, with a stunning location right on the lake.
The only minor issue we had was the fact that some services were available only by appointment, which we were not informed of upon our arrival. the hotel provided outstanding service and facilities, with exclusive features and a perfect location, making it definitely worth recommending for anyone looking for an exclusive and unforgettable experience.

The hotel we stayed during Easter offered an exceptional boutique experience. The rooms were spacious, high-tech, and had spotless bathrooms. We enjoyed the outstanding gourmet dinner. The spa provided a relaxing time, and the location was perfect with breathtaking views of the lake. We appreciated the personalized toothbrushes and the welcome drink as thoughtful touches.
The spa was small, and we felt it lacked enough amenities to call it a full-fledged spa experience. Furthermore, some of the staff members were not as accommodating as we hoped, and we could sense a lack of warmth and hospitality in their service. we had a good stay, enjoyed the spectacular views and luxurious amenities, but we expected better from customer service.
